Hello Golfers,

Well, what a weekend of golf that was! Whether you are a fan of Tiger or not, he certainly knows how to put on a show. I have watched The Masters every year since I can remember, I'm not sure if there has ever been a better finish, was that potentially the greatest come back in all of sports history?

One thing for sure, the media coverage and the buzz around golf now that the great man is back winning majors again is amazing, long may that continue!

150th Challenge Match

This Sunday is of course our 150th Anniversary Challenge Match between my team of Golf Professionals and the Stirling Golf Club Gents Scratch Team. The weather is looking promising for the weekend and I would again love to invite as many of you as possible to come along and watch. I have some of the best players in the country coming along to join us for this fun match, tee times are from 10.30am in our fun fourball format.

Please remember that the clubhouse will be extremely busy as we have a members booking (christening) in the main lounge, but that shouldn’t stop you from coming along to spectate. Given the quality of the players playing I’m not feeling under any pressure as I know most people won’t be there to watch me!

Let the battle commence
